Thank you for choosing our custom footwear products. As our items are made-to-order with on-demand printing, they are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We conduct thorough quality checks before shipping to ensure each product meets our standards. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of damage or incorrect items received.
Conditions for Return or Exchange:
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with relevant photos and order information for assistance.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with relevant photos and order information for assistance.
Return and Exchange Process:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item, providing your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
- Our team will verify the issue and respond within 3 business days with a resolution plan.
- If a return or exchange is necessary, ship the item back to the specified address at your expense.
- We will process the return or exchange within 15 business days upon receiving the returned item, issuing a refund to your original payment method or reshipping the correct item.
Please note, except for the conditions mentioned above, custom-made products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
