About Transportation Time

Because we customize each order by hand, we do not have stock, it usually takes us 3-5 days to make your product.

Shipping services are provided by JUXI or 4PX. Delivery to the United States generally takes 7-14 days, and delivery to other countries in the world takes 14-21days.

*Days stated are calculated as business days.
*When it’s the high peak of demand forlogistics / holiday / festival / disaster / strike / demonstration… it will be slower according to the incidents which we can not control.

Security Guarantee
If your package is lost during overseas shipment, we will re-ship it.
If your package is lost after delivery to the destination country, please contact your local post office for compensation. We will provide information and assist you as much as possible.
